We have
formally agreed how many people may stay in our house, the usage
of the telephone and other household appliances, and the usage (maximum mileage etc) of
our vehicle which is included in the exchange. Please cross out items which are not applicable.

(We advise you to take out travel insurance with cancellation/curtailment cover, and to advise your house insurance company how long your invited guests will be staying in your home. This way you will have maximum protection against all risks.)
I understand that cancellation after the holiday agreement has been exchanged between us is a very serious matter and that cancellation without good reason could exclude me from future participation in an exchange with Green Theme International.
It is agreed between the two parties concerned that the exchange holiday takes place without monetary gain and should in no way be construed as a rental of the property for a fee. Each exchange partner invites the other to stay in their home free of charge for a pre-determined period.
