About GTI's Home Exchange Service

The Home Exchange concept is simple - you exchange your own home with that of another member in your chosen destination for an agreed period. Members have access, via the Internet, to listings of other members from all over the world who want to exchange their homes, apartments or second homes for their next holiday.

Our listings are easy to read, providing information about members, their homes and areas, desired destinations, and available exchange dates. You use the listings to contact members who could want to exchange their home for yours! Perhaps an apartment in Paris? A beach house in Southern California? A cottage in Ireland? A base from which to explore The Great Barrier Reef? Or a getaway to the Caribbean? Just search our listings even before you register with us - you will be amazed at the possibilities. We do, however, respect our members' privacy and make contact details only available to registered members.

Established since 1989, Green Theme International is a highly regarded and reputable home exchange company, regularly recommended by the British Tourist Authority. We are available by phone, fax or e-mail to answer your questions. All details of your listing placed on-line are password protected, so the only access to your personal information is by other active members.

Should any information provided by members be found to be grossly misrepresented, Green Theme International Home Exchange reserves the right to remove, at our discretion, any listing at any time, without refund.
